F.O. SHIFTER is a heating system for heavy C fuel oil storage tank of ship.
F.O. SHIFTER has been equipped on over 4000 ships (2016 Aug.). These ships have main engine from 700Kw to 74000Kw. MERITS of F.O. SHIFTER; (a) Low risk of heat damage to grain, tire, coal, .... (b) Easy to equip for running ship without repair of steam leaking pipe in F.O.tank. Time for construction is about 6 to 12 hours. Working only in engine room. (c) Saving fuel oil and building cost for new building ship. (d) Steam consumpton for F.O. storage tank heating is reduced about half. (e) Sludge is reduced about half. ＦＯシフターは、船のＣ重質燃料油タンクを加熱するシステムです。 ＦＯシフターは、4000隻以上の船舶に装備（2016年8月）。 実績では、1000 馬力から 101000 馬力までの船に装備。 ＦＯシフターの利点； (a) 穀物、車のタイヤ、石炭などの積荷をヒートダメージから守れます。 (b) 燃料タンク内の蒸気加熱管が故障時、それを修理することなく、 安価に同タンクを使用可能にします。工事は、６〜１２時間程度です。 機関室（エンジンルーム）内のみの工事になります。 (c) 運航時の燃料や建造時の造船費が節約できます。 (d) 燃料タンク加熱用蒸気が半分程度に減ります。 (e) スラッジが半分程度に減ります。 Please inquire to the below with mailer button on page bottom. ページの最後にあるメールボタンから、以下にお問い合わせ下さい。 **************************************** HOKUSHIN ENGINEERING Co.,Ltd.
